Project Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to play a vital role in the delivery of our residential projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cost planning, measurement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake accurate bulk measurements to establish baseline quantities.
  • Manage ongoing cost tracking and variation assessments as apartment configurations change.
  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.
  • Liaise closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure cost control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Significant experience in Australian construction and quantity surveying/estimation for residential projects.
  • Expertise in estimating software such as CostX / Bluebeam / Planswift.
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a team environment.
