Job Description

As a seasoned software developer, you will design and develop applications, implementing new functionality. This involves providing estimates and planning activities, reviewing deliverables, and identifying gaps between requirements and technical design.

You will also perform bug corrections, release testing, and general availability support, which may require research, analysis, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will conduct unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.

A typical day in this role includes:

  • Utilizing well-developed professional skills and solid functional/technical knowledge to perform essential functions
  • Working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Exercising sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Collaborating with key contacts outside own area of expertise
  • Continually seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills and staying current with evolving technology and/or business environment

This role requires 5+ years of technical experience in product design, programming, and product support. You should have good technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, programming, and implementation, as well as intermediate analytical and design skills at multiple product levels.
