Key Role Summary

The Head of Strategy Planning and Execution plays a pivotal role in spearheading the creation and update of strategic plans for the organization, ensuring their effective execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Oversees annual strategy planning and quarterly reviews, collaborating with teams to develop Balanced Scorecards and providing market intelligence for informed decision-making.
  • Advisory Services: Leads advisory projects to address specific challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and enhance internal processes; conducts ad hoc studies to support B2B divisions.
  • Strategy Execution: Manages the program management office (PMO), synthesizing project portfolios, prioritizing projects, linking KPIs to strategy, and overseeing interdependencies; ensures governance structures are up-to-date, promotes best practices in project management, and reports progress, risks, and support needs.
  • Governance Reporting: Prepares comprehensive governance reports for senior management.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in strategy and project governance roles.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record in strategy and project governance.
  • Advanced knowledge in financial analysis is highly beneficial.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, with a Master's degree being an added advantage.
