Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who will assist in General accounting, preparing and maintaining financial reports. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily recording of collections and payments, as well as purchases and expenses;
  • Weekly/Monthly monitoring of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Google Sheets;
  • Filing/Printing daily Purchases/Expenses;
  • Checking and encoding Cash Advance Liquidations Receipts;
  • Writing Sales Invoice Receipts/Collection Receipts when necessary;
  • Properly checking Inspection Sheet and Delivery Note documents.

The ideal candidate will possess strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy;
  • Fresh graduates or graduating students (interns) are welcome to apply;
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
