Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator with extensive experience in managing IT projects and infrastructure using Microsoft Project Management methodologies.

This role combines technical leadership and project execution ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability while driving IT initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver IT projects using Microsoft Project Management techniques to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure solutions for improved efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage user accounts, security policies, and cloud integrations to maintain data integrity and protect against cyber threats.
  • Oversee hybrid cloud infrastructure, including AWS environments, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Implement and maintain system security measures (firewalls, MFA, DLP, intrusion prevention) to prevent data breaches and ensure compliance.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure high uptime and system performance by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Document systems, processes, and project outcomes for continuity and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in system administration and IT project management, preferably with Microsoft Project Management expertise.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, Exchange, and related admin tools, as well as experience with AWS cloud administration.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Project Management for IT or infrastructure projects, with relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator, PMP, AWS Certified) a plus.
  • Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and security best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
