Job Description

The role of Flour Applications Specialist is a critical position within our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting the use of SMMI Flour and other bakery ingredients to bakeries and other flour end-users.

You will conduct product demonstrations, prepare and submit reports on product demonstration and other baking activities, and provide training on proper baking procedures and bakery management operations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for initiating requisitions of baking ingredients needed for baking demonstrations, bake tests and baking seminars, and attending to and handling technical problems and complaints including trouble shooting activities of SMMI Flour users.

Your expertise in developing new recipes or formulations, experimenting and conducting research to develop new and better baking methods will also be essential in driving business growth.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can deliver exceptional results in this challenging role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product demonstration, training and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of baking procedures and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
