About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our digital procurement transformation.

In this role, you will drive innovation by designing and implementing cutting-edge strategies that leverage AI, agentive technologies, and advanced analytics to revolutionize our source-to-pay operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping and executing our digital procurement strategy and roadmap.
  • Identifying opportunities to digitize buying channels through trend analysis and process evaluation.
  • Aligning procurement technologies and processes across global regions.
  • Building AI and digital capabilities in spend analytics, sourcing intelligence, contract intelligence, risk management, and supplier intelligence.
  • Staying ahead of emerging technologies and leading proofs of concept with qualified suppliers.
  • Defining governance, roles, and training for new technology rollouts.
  • Maximizing value from existing and new tools through optimization and adoption strategies.
  • Leading change management, communications, and continuous innovation initiatives.
  • Improving user experience and ROI through feedback-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborating globally to share knowledge and best practices in digital innovation.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, systems implementation, and leading digital transformation/change initiatives.
  • Technical proficiency in ERP and procurement systems.
  • Procurement expertise, including deep understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supply market assessment.
  • Analytical skills, including strong financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting capabilities.
  • Leadership abilities, proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Education in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digitization, Business, or related field.
