Job Overview

This position involves designing, specifying and implementing new features to enhance our company's cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with upstream communities, conducting security analysis and reviews, creating performance benchmarks, and working closely with a distributed team to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and specify new features to optimise our cloud infrastructure
  • Engage with upstream communities in areas such as containerisation and virtualisation
  • Conduct thorough security analysis and reviews to identify potential vulnerabilities
  • Create and monitor performance benchmarks to guarantee optimal system efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with a distributed team to drive project success
  • Write high-quality code to develop new features and resolve issues
  • Review code produced by other engineers to maintain software excellence
  • Discuss ideas and collaborate on finding effective solutions
