Job Summary:

The Acquisition Negotiator oversees the acquisition and negotiation of new sites, lease renewals, and lease administration. This role requires financial analysis and support for reporting, as well as managing monthly progress of lease terminations, rent commencements, and lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in defining real estate requirements by reviewing growth projections, evaluating business strategy, and managing critical dates.
  • Manages and supports the Corporate Real Estate system involving tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
  • Participates in various real estate transactions, including lease negotiation and administration.
  • Administers quality assurance programs, including customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent to a four-year college degree, with at least 5 years related real estate or business development experience.
  • Background in Land/Site Acquisition and Network Expansion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
