Job Summary

Neksjob Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and tools.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional who possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese. You will work closely with our team to update and maintain various systems, execute transactions, audit data entry, and conduct data verification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain various systems and tools according to standard process documentation.
  • Execute transactions with minimal direction, enter data, and retrieve information from group-specific systems.
  • Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections.
  • Conduct data verification and respond to various requests for information as needed.
  • File, archive, and retrieve documents using filing standards.
  • Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates and adhere to client formatting and quality standards.
  • Search, summarize research results, and compile information in requested formats.
  • C-coordinate the work of a small team in areas of high-volume transaction processing and/or train junior team members on operation procedures and policies.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and methods.
  • Serve as a technical and functional resource or super user to other team members.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned.
  • Meet established goals and objectives.
  • Become a subject matter expert for complex processes.
  • Document all new learning(s) or changes in processes in standard format and seek relevant approvals periodically.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Experience in system maintenance and data entry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
