Job Title: Technical Draftsman

  • Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software for various projects, including electric and plumbing plans, and basic elevation designs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine project drawings.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications and standards.
  • Review and update existing drawings to reflect changes and modifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  • Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Drafter, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in electric and plumbing plans and basic elevation designs.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software and familiarity with industry-standard design tools.
  • Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
  • Ability to interpret and understand technical specifications and blueprints.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
