We're seeking a visionary Customer Success Operations Manager to spearhead our customer-facing teams' growth and development. This pivotal role will play a critical part in shaping our customer journey, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and optimizing workflows that support our Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding teams. Your expertise will enable us to track customer health, drive renewals, and surface valuable insights that influence company strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of designing scalable processes for customer-facing teams. You'll work closely with our CS leadership team to standardize playbooks, renewal processes, health scoring models, and customer journey maps.
Key Responsibilities- Create, implement, and refine workflows to enhance customer success and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership, providing actionable insights on adoption, renewals, churn, NPS, and expansion.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Product to align on customer metrics and handoffs.
- Support Customer Success Managers with tools and reporting to effectively manage their portfolios.
You'll also be responsible for managing integrations between Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, and other CS tooling. With your analytical mindset and experience in SaaS subscription business models, you'll design automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, RevOps, or related operations roles.
- Hands-on experience with Gainsight administration, including health scoring, rules engine, journeys, CTAs, and dashboards.
- Strong Salesforce skills, including reports, dashboards, workflows, and object customization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
