We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all activities related to bookkeeping and ensure the principal's personal finances are in order. The incumbent will be responsible for processing accounts payable, conducting bank wire transfers, coordinating requests with the bank, managing supplier inquiries, maintaining invoice recording and documentation, and providing monthly financial performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a bookkeeper
  • Experience working in banks, accounting firms, and/or similar financial institutions
  • Successful experience working with executives and coordinating with team members
  • High degree of discretion and ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential information
