Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Technical Account Management Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the implementation and setup of our clients on TrustArc products.

Responsibilities include providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success using our products, acquiring in-depth product knowledge through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts, communicating effectively with all team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks, and performing other related functions as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Technical Account Management Team for client implementations and setups
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success
  • Acquire product knowledge through hands-on experience and expert interaction
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure task completion
  • Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
  • Front-end Web Development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, and other tools
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms, preferably online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; basic knowledge of HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.
  • Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage, both oral and written
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and self-directed individual
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in online advertising, email, marketing, or software technical support
  • Functional work experience in privacy management systems
  • Understanding of data privacy management practices
  • Knowledge of various ERP systems (Netsuite, Jira, Salesforce, etc.)
