Job Role Overview

This position involves overseeing the project lifecycle, from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include content analysis, development, and implementation of e-learning materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify client requirements and gather information through research and collaboration with subject matter experts.
  2. Create tailored templates for content and select design elements that meet project specifications.
  3. Develop e-learning content using software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
  4. Apply gamification and scenario-based learning techniques in course materials.
  5. Administer course creation, uploading content, creating assessments, and setting up course restrictions on the Training Management System.
Project Coordination
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders at all stages of the project to ensure effective communication and timely completion.
  2. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  3. Ensure tasks and project deliverables are executed and submitted according to schedule.
  4. Report utilization of resources within project timelines.
  5. Secure project acceptance and closure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment.
  • Training needs analysis, methods, and procedures.
  • Process mapping and visual display design principles.
  • Excellent written and communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in various software application programs, including MS Office.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is required.
