  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Manager to join our team at Tier1usa.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in securing and managing user identities and access permissions on all company digital platforms.
  • This role is essential for safeguarding the company's digital assets, controlling access to information and systems, and ensuring a secure, seamless user experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Provide Technical Support: Oversee and assist with the secure setup of accounts and workstations through remote access controls and backups, ensuring robust technical support.
  2. New Hire Onboarding: Supervise the setup of Google Workspace for new hires, including creating email accounts and ensuring necessary tools access is provided according to the tools access matrix. Coordinate with tools administrators to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  3. Manage Communication Channels: Ensure new team members are added to relevant email distribution lists and Google Chat spaces. Oversee the removal of access and credentials during offboarding processes.
  4. System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts, performance monitoring, and system maintenance for Athena's tools and applications. Handle critical tasks like resetting expired email logins and managing password reset/lockout requests.
  5. Tools Audit and Review: Conduct regular audits and reviews of digital tools, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal performance.
  6. Training and Development: Provide training and ongoing support to employees, enhancing their proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through digital solutions.
  8. Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes, ensuring effective adoption of new digital technologies.
  9. Cybersecurity Compliance: Ensure all digital initiatives comply with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements, implementing measures to protect digital assets and data.
  10. Team Coaching and Mentorship: Coach and mentor the team, fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Has an internet speed of at least 200mbps
