You will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, optimizing the supply base, and managing the supplier lifecycle. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish process improvements and contribute to their implementation and adherence on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Align with Company Policies: Ensure that all category plans align with the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  2. Engage with Stakeholders: Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Optimize Supply Base: Conduct market research and analyze data to optimize the supply base, ensuring local sourcing practices conform to overall procurement policies.
  4. Manage Supplier Performance: Manage the accreditation, onboarding, performance, and phase-out of suppliers, ensuring seamless execution of category plans.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. At least 2 years of professional experience and demonstrated knowledge of the food value chain.
  3. Prior exposure to category management, procurement, or an engineering or operational environment is highly desirable.
  4. Demonstrated success in supporting a multi-disciplinary team in a project-led environment.
  5. Procurement and supply chain affiliations and/or certifications will be an advantage.
  6. Must be willing to work in a hybrid work setup.
