The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working with shopper-generated or household/transaction-level data and possess a strong background in financial analytics.

  • Analyze large amounts of transaction and customer/shopper data globally and by marketing area, providing impactful recommendations to business leaders.
  • Creatively articulate insights behind the data, helping our team iterate category futures.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder needs effectively and sensitively.

We require a 4-year college degree or equivalent grocery industry experience. A Financial, Accounting, or Economics degree is a plus. Strong financial acumen and ability to work with large volumes of financial data are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skill Set:

  • Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level knowledge in business analytics software, QMF, and Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of computer programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems.
