Job Description:

The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely with the Head of Data, BI and Insights to deliver in-depth analysis and drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources, as well as using statistical methods and data analysis techniques to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Data Analysis
  • Collect and process large datasets from diverse sources to gain actionable insights.
  • Use advanced statistical methods to analyze complex data sets and identify key trends.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to generate actionable recommendations.
Reporting and Presentation
  • Assist in creating predictive models and data-driven strategies.
  • Develop and deliver reports, visualizations, and presentations of findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with Datawarehouse, BI, and Finance teams to drive business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in SQL.
    • Strong background in data visualization tools like Grafana and PowerBI.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
    • Ability to interpret and present data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to speak confidently to C-level executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices.
  • Experience in using Snowflake is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI.
  • Python knowledge is a plus.
