Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee logistics operations and drive efficiency in our supply chain.

  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize logistics processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Analyze data to pinpoint risks and implement preventive measures to minimize their impact.
  • Design and execute projects to enhance operational productivity and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Junior Supervisor or Supervisor Level, preferably in a warehouse operations setting. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems and office tools like Google Suites and Microsoft Suites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor and analyze warehouse operations performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with warehouse service providers and other teams to streamline logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement plans to boost operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Provide regular updates on warehouse operations performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience as a Junior Supervisor or Supervisor Level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems and office tools like Google Suites and Microsoft Suites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
