  • Solve straightforward problems using online resources and documentation
  • Ask questions, raise blockers, and keep your team updated
  • Learn how to debug, optimize MySQL queries, and apply the basics of MVC
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development or strong potential through personal, academic, or freelance projects
  • Experience or exposure to full-stack development using modern languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, Ruby (Ruby on Rails), Go Language, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug across the stack
  • Comfortable working in Agile teams and fast-paced environments

We value collaboration, shared learning, and building together in person and remotely. Our team members are required to report onsite 3 times a week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days weekly.
