We're seeking a highly skilled Automation Designer/Developer to join our remote team and help deliver AI-powered automation solutions to clients worldwide.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will design workflows in workflow tools, integrate LLM APIs, design prompts and data flows, and translate business needs into scalable, automated processes.

  • Create clear automation specifications and workflow logic based on client and internal business requirements.
  • Design and build robust automation workflows using n8n or Power Platform as the orchestration layer.
  • Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases such as summarization, data transformation, structuring, and decision logic.
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools like OpenAI and Anthropic into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.

Beyond technical skills, you'll lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows. Effective collaboration with global teams is also essential.

Required Skills:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design, or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering fundamentals.
