Motion Graphics Designer

We are a rapidly growing team seeking an accomplished Motion Graphics Designer to drive our brand forward with polished, professional animations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can bring complex ideas to life across YouTube shows, social content, training programs, and marketing assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and animate captivating motion graphics for various mediums, including YouTube videos, social media, and educational materials
  • Transform scripts, storyboards, and briefs into engaging animations that effectively communicate our message
  • Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and creative leads to align visuals with strategic goals
  • Develop consistent branded assets and templates that reinforce our brand's visual identity
  • Optimize animations for performance on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, LMS)
  • Balancing creative vision with on-brand requirements while continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in animation and motion design
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • An eye for detail, design sense, and ability to bring both abstract and character-driven concepts to life
  • Familiarity with brand-driven animation and social content creation
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working at pace, managing deadlines efficiently

  • Delivering high-quality animations that reflect our brand tone: bold, clear, energetic, and trusted
  • Evolving our brand visually, contributing to our creative identity across YouTube, social, and internal media
  • Building a robust motion design system using reusable templates and assets for consistency and efficiency
  • Suggesting innovative animation ideas, styles, or approaches that enhance storytelling
  • Effectively visualizing abstract concepts like buyer journeys and qualification methodologies
