Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist with expertise in motion graphics to join our team.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop innovative visual solutions for web pages, presentations, marketing materials, signage, and newsletters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, and excellent attention to detail.

  • Develop original concepts by hand or through software, carefully selecting color schemes, fonts, imagery, and layout to convey ideas effectively.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs that align with our brand identity.
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, ensuring content is consistent with best practices for content management systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe CC).
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing collateral, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with animation and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and human-centered design.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
