About The Role

As a Remote Leasing Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants across our rental portfolio. Your mission is to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate responses to leads—turning inquiries into scheduled tours and applications.


  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via call, text, and email
  • Schedule property tours and maintain showing windows
  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and unit details
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based leasing agents and internal departments
  • Manage leasing documentation and CRM updates in AppFolio
  • Create and assign support tickets using our internal system
  • Keep listings and leasing specials updated
What You'll Do

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling leasing inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Managing property tours and ensuring timely communication with prospective tenants
  • Providing exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient application processing
  • Maintaining seamless coordination between U.S.-based leasing teams and internal departments
  • Ensuring up-to-date leasing documentation and CRM records in AppFolio
  • Utilizing our internal ticketing system for effective issue resolution

Work Schedule

We require our full-time Remote Leasing Coordinators to work 40 hours per week, typically starting in the early to mid-evening PH time. This schedule allows for overlapping hours with U.S. Pacific Time to ensure seamless coverage.
