Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy working on multiple projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Marketing Calendar
    • Create a weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing calendar that outlines content, campaigns, events, and deadlines.
  • Develop and Repurpose Marketing Content
    • Create new digital and print marketing materials-and repurpose existing content-for blog posts, monthly newsletters, digital ads, flyers, books, videos, webinars, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Coordinate Events and Speaking Engagements
    • Organize and promote in-person events (speaking engagements, educational webinars, etc...) and networking meetings such as referral partner calls, coffees and lunch meetings.
  • Ensure Brand and Ethical Compliance
    • Lead quarterly meetings with firm staff and external vendors to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis
    • Research legal industry trends, prospect client behavior, and track weekly competitor data points for at least 3 key local competitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in marketing industry
  • 2 years of working night shifts
  • You are creative by nature
  • You are detail oriented- mistakes bother you
  • You thrive on working on multiple and varied projects
  • You like small team environments and adapt to shifting priorities
  • You don't take yourself or your work too seriously
  • You embrace AI and like learning new things
