About the Job

As a highly skilled Virtual Resource Hub Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple audit engagements to ensure high-quality service delivery on time.

Key responsibilities include coordinating engagement management to meet revenue, profit, and resource allocation goals, reviewing the work of junior audit team members, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving quality in response to stakeholder and regulatory needs.

To achieve this, you will utilize appropriate resources and tools, including standardized audit approaches and Data & Analytics, to enhance quality. Additionally, you will conduct accounting research to ensure clients' compliance with their accounting policies and relevant frameworks.

Qualifications for this role include being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and having a minimum of 4 years of external audit experience. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are also essential. Willingness to participate in international engagements virtually and adapt to shifting schedules is required.
