Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at DOXA Talent. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send quotes and estimates to prospective clients
  • Engage with signed clients to secure payments for services rendered
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks
  • Manage invoices, deposits, and expenses
  • Monitor and manage cash flow
  • Assist with financial reporting, such as balance sheets and income statements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience with bookkeeping, reconciliation, expense monitoring, and invoice processing
  • Strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks is highly desired
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation
