About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the processing of payments across multiple channels and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of payment processing specialists to optimize workflows and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and security of transaction processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance payment efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee the processing of payments across multiple channels, including Domestic and Foreign Wire, ACH, and other electronic payment methods.
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and within established SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment processing, financial operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, banking operations, and financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, payment processing software, and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with fraud detection, dispute resolution, and compliance regulations.
