Social Media Marketing Specialist


About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our brand and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

They will also have experience with major social platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, and be familiar with design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our brand and services.
  • Assist in creating eye-catching visuals, short-form posts, and simple video content to engage our audience.
  • Monitor and respond to comments on social media channels to grow an active community.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations and partnerships team to align messaging with business goals.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms and design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with US-based fintech and payments industries.
  • Experience working in start-up or pilot project environments.
