Job Summary

Seeking a creative and organized Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across digital, content, and eCommerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing or content coordination, preferably in the luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries. They will be proficient in CMS platforms, CRM/email tools, and project/task management software.

This role involves promoting the company's brand through accurate and engaging digital content, managing campaign calendars, creative requests, internal approvals, and asset handoffs, as well as updating and maintaining website content.

  • Coordinate landing page builds and seasonal campaign updates within CMS platforms.
  • Support SEO enhancements in collaboration with the digital and brand teams.
  • Maintain Google My Business, Bing, Yelp, and OTA listings with current content and images.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns via Revinate, Klaviyo, or Attentive using guest segments and tailored content.
  • Update transactional email templates (confirmation, pre-arrival, post-stay) and support paid media campaigns by coordinating creative assets and ensuring alignment across ads and landing pages.
  • Apply UTM tracking and collaborate with analytics teams for accurate reporting.
  • Assist in compiling performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, engagement).
  • Manage shared asset libraries, ensuring organization, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Maintain and update sales tools (Cvent, Groups360, Bizly) and branded collateral.
