Advanced Cloud Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cloud Infrastructure Specialist. This position will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing and delivering key components of our infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms.
This individual must possess strong communication skills and be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and ensure designs meet long term business needs as we deliver cutting-edge security products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead specific infrastructure projects from initial design to final deployment and maintenance.
- Respond to alerts, troubleshoot and remediate issues promptly.
- Continually optimize manual tasks using automation tools.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with technology leads on developing and implementing global standards and procedures for:
- Standardized OS builds
- Development environments
- Application packaging and deployment
- Automated system provisioning
- Configuration management of relevant system services
- Deployment of OS, service and application software updates
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and conventional system administration tools.
- Strong hands-on scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash and Ruby.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and SaltStack.
- Familiarity with cloud-based DevOps environments, including public cloud services like compute, storage, networking and security groups.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code frameworks like CloudFormation and Terraform.
