We are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join Neksjob Corporation in Manila. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.

Job Summary

A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Service Level Management and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service
  • Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Level Management
  • Proficiency in Service Level Management
  • Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies
  • Experience in delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
