Job Title: Account Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Professional to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating deals, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and incubating new brands, principals, and merchants, while also delivering exceptional service quality and ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth, identify new collaborative opportunities, and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key merchants, negotiating and securing best deals based on campaign or seasonality.
  • Acquire and incubate new brands, principals, and merchants, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Identify new collaborative opportunities that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans and build joint business plans (JBPs).
  • Maintain service quality provided by sellers, including low cancellation and return rates, shipping lead times, and other components to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with FMCG brands.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct experience/working relationship with sellers from relevant industries.
  • Experience with selling through content/live-streaming.
