Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Business Developer to join our team at Lazada. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in the insurance sector. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the growth of our embedded insurance products and services within our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead market opportunity sizing and development of business cases
* Own end-to-end process of operating and launching insurance products for Lazada in the Philippines
* Deliver sales of products, programs, and services through e-commerce platform embedded sales and other channels as measured by net revenue
* Setup Customer Segmentation, Strategy, and Retention including insights and business intelligence with support of internal Business intelligence team
* Lead in driving the expansion of products and services through partnerships and vendor selection
* Regularly monitor market and benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes, as well as overall InsurTech developments locally and globally

Requirements
* Bachelor's/College Degree and at least 2 years of experience
* Excellent relationship and networking skills and the ability to find and nurture business opportunities
* Effective written, verbal communication, and presentation skills as well as stakeholder management
* Strong analytical skills, project management and digital product operations experience are preferred
