Job Title: Performance Multimedia Designer

About the Role:

We are a creative agency that specializes in performance advertising. Our team is comprised of talented designers, strategists, and marketers who collaborate to create innovative campaigns that drive results.

This role sits within our Performance Business Unit, where we help brands reach their target audience through data-driven marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work and experience designing for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze creative proposals and briefs to determine creative requirements
  • Gather missing information from stakeholders to better define project needs
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and creative briefs
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders
  • Design impactful static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with design principles
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design
  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience designing for paid media platforms
  • A deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing visual appeal with performance objectives
