About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Strategist to join our team at ZZ Connect Inc. As a Paid Social Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing ad campaigns across various paid social platforms.

Job Description

Campaign Set Up:

  • Develop and manage ad campaigns for allocated clients in all paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Optimize campaign performances by adjusting objective optimisations, audience targeting, ad creative changes, bid pacing, exclusions, budget changes, split tests, data feed optimisation, etc.
  • Take control of client budgets, establish new ratios and splits by objective, placement, and platform to ensure maximum ROI

Optimising Strategies:

  • Implement optimisation strategies for campaigns across all paid media channels with a strong focus on paid social
  • Work with the measurement team to understand incremental uplift of advertising changes and optimize agency performance

Supporting the Performance Team:

  • Support the team in client goals, targets, and budgets during quarterly business reviews and fortnightly meetings
  • Manage challenging campaigns and report on key metrics like clicks, impressions, spend, and revenue

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paid Media Manager with ambition to grow skills on social platforms
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Studio, Google Sheets, Excel is preferred but not required
  • Ability to create paid social media strategies that align with client objectives
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data inside Excel or Google sheet
  • Ability to connect with stakeholders and build positive relationships
  • Love eCommerce and working with emerging direct-to-consumer brands

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
