Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points, and designing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in discussions with customers to understand their technical and functional requirements.
  • Design and present solutions that demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of our product suite and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in sales and customer success within the technology sector.
