Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at RCBC. As a key member of our wealth management division, you will be responsible for growing and deepening existing relationships with high net worth individuals while also developing new business opportunities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for soliciting new accounts, developing and deepening existing relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solicit new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing relationships
  • Conduct regular client calls and visits to identify investment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA)
  • Develop and maintain a network of referrals and prospects
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver exceptional service to our clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Preferably fluent in Chinese language
