Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Audit Associate. As a member of our collaborative environment, you will play a key role in redefining talent acquisition best practices and providing value to partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform EBP audits of client financial statements by conducting thorough research and analysis.
  • Complete audit workpapers by documenting tests and findings.
  • Stay up-to-date with current audit legislation and ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collect and analyze client data using standard processes and tools.
  • Identify technical issues and share suggestions with senior personnel to improve operational efficiency.
  • Recommend ways to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2-3 years of busy season experience for US Audits with a focus on EBP.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in technology and basic PC applications such as Excel and Word is mandatory.
