Job DescriptionResponsible for performing and completing the Responsible Business Services (RBS) Audit as specified in the RBS-P-GEN-01 known as the Quality Manual for RBS operations, and other assigned audits.

Conduct specific training programs and assist in marketing the division's services to clients. Coach auditors under training or supervision. Specific ResponsibilitiesConduct and complete audits as a team member or leader following RBS Global Procedures, ISO 17021, ISO 19011, and company procedures.

Review client's code of conduct for various audit types (social, technical, quality, environmental, security, chain of custody). Prepare audit reports and itineraries. Perform on-site or remote audits according to procedures.

Complete audit packages within the designated turnaround time. Engage with clients regarding system standards and inquiries. Follow GSPs, GPPs, and other global RBS requirements, including ongoing professional development.

Review and customize training materials; conduct training sessions as needed. Maintain and grow business with assigned accounts, supporting sales efforts. Provide coaching and feedback to auditors in training.

Perform additional duties supporting departmental goals or personal development. Raise non-conformances during closing meetings, subject to lead auditor review. Complete and update audit reports and client files.

Ensure compliance with global policies and the SGS Code of Integrity. Monitor ongoing training to maintain auditor qualification. Adhere to QHSEE policies and participate in safety and environmental initiatives, incident reporting, and risk assessments.

QualificationsDegree in any discipline relevant to industry requirements. Experience/Technical KnowledgeStrong communication skills, computer literacy. At least 4 years of experience in RBS audits.

Preferably an APSCA member. Additional InformationRequired SkillsExcellent command of English (written and verbal). Willing to work in Makati Office, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
