The Senior Financial Analyst role plays a crucial part in the finance team, responsible for overseeing data, processes, and controls that guarantee accurate bonus and commission programs. This position supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations across all business segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver precise and timely compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently maintain and prepare the quarterly compensation workbook, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive information securely, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring a positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.

Requirements:

  • Create complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with precision and efficiency.
  • Exercise exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
