About the Role:

  • Lead all marketing efforts for our program, focusing on acquiring new students through email campaigns.
  • Create and edit engaging marketing content for emails, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update student and corporate leads using spreadsheets, tracking their progress and pipeline.
  • Respond to scholarship requests and guide applicants through the decision-making process.
  • Develop outreach strategies, including email follow-ups and phone calls, to convert leads into program participants or clients.
  • Participate in live classes, manage breakout rooms, track attendance, and maintain records of student participation.
  • Improve workflows for marketing and student engagement processes, suggesting enhancements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with email marketing tools, website builders, graphic design software, and project management systems.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content and design visually appealing materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in communications and spreadsheets.
  • Confidence in managing and updating pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Google Spreadsheets and other productivity tools.
