Job Title:

eCommerce Manager

DCX seeks a highly skilled eCommerce manager to join our team. As an essential part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of client online businesses while having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and superior project follow-through ensuring timely completion.

Key responsibilities include using web interfaces to build customer E-Commerce sites, maintaining and updating existing customer E-Commerce sites, adding/updating items, customers, and locations in the PeopleSoft ERP system, inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent E-Commerce related website elements to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.

Additional tasks involve providing outstanding customer service and responding to email and phone inquiries from sales associates and customers, working with integrated partner networks to coordinate integration and testing of templates/products on external systems, preparing implementation letters and completion certificates, and managing deadlines on E-Commerce site builds and helping ticket service level agreements on existing E-Commerce site maintenance requests.

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field, 2+ years of experience in an E-Commerce role, strong verbal, written, and English communication skills, and proficiency in both Microsoft and Google applications.
