Optimize Sales Performance with Data Driven Decision Making

The role of Sales Performance Enablement Analyst is to drive operational excellence by analyzing performance data, optimizing sales processes and providing insights that inform sustainable growth. This individual will collaborate with the Sales, Account Management and SPE teams to streamline and improve sales tools and workflows.



Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create dashboards and reports to provide insight into key performance indicators.
  • Support monthly business reviews with data-driven insights.
  • Measure the effectiveness of key dashboards and drive adoption across teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in internal analytics and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling analytics or processes.
  • Document and communicate updated processes as required.
  • Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems; regular data hygiene checks.
  • Assist onboarding new members in sales and account management as needed.
  • Provide input on territory analysis and ownership of year-end account transfers.
  • Support global forecasting processes.
  • Support ad hoc projects including system implementation and market research.
  • Help measure and drive adoption of new technology and processes.


Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's in Economics, Finance or a related field.
  • 2-4 years in sales operations, business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present data insights clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data driven decision making.
  • Self motivated with the ability to prioritize effectively.
