ServiceNow Senior Developer

At Solid Mark Manpower Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, including creation and customization of business rules, client scripts, and UI actions.
  • Implement integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and SOAP calls.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical specifications documentation.
  • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between Service-now and other systems as needed.
  • Work with business liaison to generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports as needed.
  • Analyze and understand user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations.
  • Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
Qualification and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
  • Experience with authentication protocols such as Active Directory/LDAP or SiteMinder federation/Azure.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and Angular JS.
  • Service Portal implementation experience.
  • Implementation experience on any ServiceNow applications/modules (e.g., HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM) or custom applications.
  • Heavy experience on end-to-end project implementation.
Good to Have Skills:
  • Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies like Machine learning, AI, IOT, Blockchain.
  • Implementation experience on Performance Analytics.
  • Preferred skill with GRC Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories.
  • Knowledge about ServiceNow's latest version's features.
Requirements:
  • College degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
  • Approximately at least 3-5 years of experience in a development role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period.
  • ServiceNow certifications a plus.
  • ITIL foundations certification a plus.
