As an LMS Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our learning management system. Key responsibilities include managing user experience, generating reports, and maintaining compliance dashboards.

You will be responsible for alpha and beta testing, providing feedback to developers, and ensuring the roster is up-to-date. You will also set up course structures, configure and maintain LMS tools, and troubleshoot issues while following our communication guidelines.

We are looking for someone with a degree focused on L&D systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with generating reports using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is required, along with customer service or technical support experience.

We require someone who can handle multiple technical tasks simultaneously, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and prioritize customer satisfaction. Proficiency with G-Suite Applications or Microsoft Office Apps is necessary.
