About the Role

The Training Officer will work closely with the management services department to provide administrative support, conduct training needs analysis, design and develop learning materials, arrange pre-requisite and implement training functions, evaluate the effectiveness of the learning program, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough training needs analysis with the scope of operational and technical, including attending meetings, reviewing business process outlines and/or manuals, coordinating or liaising with management services departments and other involved pillars, establishing learning objectives.
  2. Design and Develop Learning Materials: Design and develop high-quality learning materials based on the training needs analysis, including devising workflows applicable to the learning participants, creating training modules and assessing methodologies to use, identifying the type of training if synchronous or asynchronous, organizing list of participants, training guides, Google Classroom and other resources.
  3. Arrange Pre-Requisite and Implement Training Functions: Arrange pre-requisite and implement training functions, including coordinating with point of contact regarding training schedules and attendees, facilitating townhall meetings, sharing materials after meetings, monitoring progress of participants in Google Classroom, assisting participants' clarification and concerns.
  4. Evaluate the Effectiveness of the Learning Program: Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning program by sending evaluation forms to participants, analyzing performance evaluation reports, preparing e-certificates, continuously monitoring BPO/Ms for new updates, validating training material's accuracy from time to time, maintaining a tracker or reference file and EBG Google Calendar.
