Job Opportunity

E-Commerce Operations Specialist role available.

Remote position with a focus on e-commerce platform management, social media marketing, and startup operations support.


Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations on Shopify and Amazon, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.
  • Support building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Assist in setting up and streamlining business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm.
  • Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate across multiple operational areas to ensure cohesive brand execution.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee or food industry.
  • Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including familiarity with product upload, optimization, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques.
  • Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Strong adaptability and organizational skills, with the ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
