We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support for both financial operations and executive-level tasks.
About the Role:This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in financial reporting, and ability to manage schedules, communications, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Executive Assistant Duties:
- Manage executive schedules and appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence and emails
- Prepare presentations and meeting agendas
- Serve as liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and executive support roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
